COVID-19 Vaccination Appointment

The District is extending the opportunity for students 5 years old and older to receive their initial COVID-19 vaccinations, and booster doses for adults 18 years old and older. Vaccinations are free and appointments are available in the Daily Pass. (Please note that a parent/guardian is required to be present with students 5 to 11 years old. For students 12 to 17 years old, parents/guardians can grant consent to have their child vaccinated without a parent/guardian present.)

Parents and guardians: Please ask your students to login with their mymail.lausd.net account. There is a section where you will provide consent for your student to get a vaccine.

To schedule a first dose appointment for a COVID-19 vaccination, Los Angeles Unified employees must sign in using their Single Sign-On username and password. All other Pre-K to 12 education institution employees should select Non LA Unified Employees below.

We will gather information regarding your readiness for a COVID-19 vaccination, and offer guidance and instruction to ensure your safety.  After you successfully schedule a vaccination appointment, you will receive an appointment confirmation email with a QR code.

You can now schedule an appointment at a Los Angeles Unified site if you received your first vaccine dose of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine from non-District sources. Employees that cannot be accommodated for a vaccination due to responses to the screening questions may consider vaccination through MyTurn or LA County.
